Figure. Concentration-dependent activation of OXGR1 by 2‐oxoglutaric acid

Reporter cells were transfected with either the expression plasmid for human oxoglutarate receptor 1 (OXGR1) or the mock plasmid and treated with various concentrations of 2‐oxoglutaric acid. Data points shown are the mean ± SEM of an experiment (n = 3), and the curve is a fit to Hill equation with an EC50 of 66 µM.
