Reporter cells were transfected with either the expression plasmid for human F2R like thrombin or trypsin receptor 3 (F2RL3) or the mock plasmid and treated with various concentrations of AY‐NH2. Data points shown are the mean ± SEM of an experiment (n = 3), and the curve is a fit to Hill equation with an EC50 of 2.3 µM.
