Reporter cells were transfected with either the expression plasmid for human arginine vasopressin receptor 1B (AVPR1B) or the mock plasmid and treated with various concentrations of [R]‐vasopressin. Data points shown are the mean ± SEM of an experiment (n = 3), and the curve is a fit to Hill equation with an EC50 of 840 pM.
