Reporter cells were transfected with either the expression plasmid for human sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 3 (S1PR3) or the mock plasmid and treated with various concentrations of S1P. Data points shown are the mean ± SEM of an experiment (n = 3), and the curve is a fit to Hill equation with an EC50 of 48 nM.
