Reporter cells were transfected with either the expression plasmid for human F2R like trypsin receptor 1 (F2RL1) or the mock plasmid and treated with various concentrations of SLIGKV‐NH2. Data points shown are the mean ± SEM of an experiment (n = 3), and the curve is a fit to Hill equation with an EC50 of 170 nM.
